Refund policy
RETURNS
You may return any item purchased on Christwithoutapology.com within 14 days of the delivery date by notifying us at info@christwithoutapology.com.
- Please provide the order number and specify the item(s) you wish to return.
- Make sure that the items are in their original condition with the original packaging and that all labels are attached. If you fail to do so, we will not be able to accept the returned goods or give you a refund.
- Prepare the parcel and stick the postal label on the Christ Without Apology box (or any other sturdy, rigid cardboard box) over the previous delivery label.
We normally process returns within 3 working days of receipt. During busy periods, this can take up to 7 working days. Once your refund has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email.
Refunds will be made on items returned in accordance with the above conditions. If the return doesn't meet the conditions, the package will be returned to you.
REFUND (if applicable)
Once your return has been confirmed, we will immediately process a refund and send you a confirmation email, and a credit will automatically be applied on your original payment method within 3 business days.
Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note you will be required to pay the additional postage cost for your exchange if applicable.
